Unable to see Project Properties

Hi everyone,

 

Few days ago, I made a restore of a whole project from our backup server to our test server, and created an exclusive Access Group (with full access permissions) for the users of this project. The problem is that the users are unable to see the properties of any item inside this project, like the URL for example.

 

There are no problems when they need to see the properties of other projects inside our test server.

 

When I access the test server as an Administrator, I have no problem to see the properties of that specific project. As a normal user, I'm unable to see these properties also.

 

Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi,

If the exclusive access group has [Administrator], try remove it.
